General Policies

Please retain your ticket stubs at all times. They are essential should any complications arise throughout your visit. Ticket stubs are mandatory for any refund or exchange. They will also be your re-admission coupon in the event on an emergency where evacuation is necessary.

Any refund or exchange must be completed by the end of the business date on your ticket stub. Monetary refunds can only be given within the first 30 minutes of the show time listed on your stub. Other compensation may be available following that window, provided it is on the same business day. Ticket stubs are required for any refund or exchange.

Starlight Cinemas does not permit outside food within the facility. In order to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, this policy will be strictly adhered to.

Starlight Cinemas requires valid ID for all credit transactions. In an effort to prevent fraud, we ask that our patrons present a photo ID when making purchases of any amount with a credit or debit card.

Policies for "R" Rated Films

For admission to an "R" rated film, guests must be 17 years or older, with valid ID. Any guest under 17 years of age, or without valid ID, must be signed in, or accompanied by an adult 25 years or older.

Minors may be signed in if an adult 25 years or older provides their signature and contact information to the management. The adult must be present at the theatre, and the information must be logged on the designated permission form.

Each adult may only sign in four (4) minors or fewer. Groups of more than 4 minors must always be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the film.

Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted to any Rated R film at any time.

IDs will be checked at the door.
